We have received a bill amount for the month of June for INR 31,840/- for Account no. 151343672
For the previous 6 months we are receiving bills of not more than INR 7,000.
We request a review of our bill amount for the month of June 2020 since for a normal working man, paying amounts higher than the salary bracket becomes next to impossible.
We tried calling adani customer care and would like to bring to your notice that we were quite polite with our concern, however adani customer care concerned personnel showed no care and kept on repeating “It’s an accumulation of your previous months” without any explanation & at times would also behave as if they couldn’t hear.
During the pandemic we have all been working from home & sincerely, if a normal household is disturbed with an abundance bill of 31,840 we think it’s a serious threat to our livelihood, since we’ve been paying our bills on time & every month.
We request your sincere actions towards the same, and hope to receive a revised bill which calls for humanitarian grounds of payment.
