Dear Sir,
My consumer number is 674205059 my residing at 16A/678 MHB Colony, 4th Floor, S, L, Raheja Hospital Road, Mahim West, Mumbai – 400016.
My electricity bill for the month of July 2020 is high amount, which is Rs.5260/- This amount is very high i.e. more than twice the amount. I understand the bill raised by BEST for the last 3 months was on average due to COVID-19 situation. However, considering my average consumption for the last 3 months. I have paid bills to BEST regularly every month before the due date. Suddenly i received a message that your bill is Rs. 5260/- I cannot afford to pay this huge amount of bill.
I request you to please look into this matter seriously and send your person to check the actual reading and then explain the calculations & send me a revised bill of the same.
