Hi,
I have received high amount of Electricity Bill in the month of July 2020 post Lockdown. On complaining to Maharashtra State Electricity Board, they explained the bill break-up. When I mentioned that higher slab rate is taken on the total consumption of 3 months. I was told that it’s our mistake that we did not submit the meter reading to the office.
Why should I pay higher bill. Also, during these testing times the bill should be reduced, however, slab rates have been increased.
This is a loot in daylight by the authorities.
