I booked cab on 2 Dec which got cancelled by driver, no charge shown there so I thought I didn’t get charged as I didn’t cancel the ride, I close the app. After 1 month I started getting threat call from ola for payment and that they will lower my credit score. I opened the app and checked again and saw I was charged for cancellation which was not showing earlier. When I called them they said since the time limit is over I will have to pay even if it was the driver who cancelled the ride. Pathetic scums.
And when I asked them to delete my account they said they can’t do that and I have to mail them for deactivation, after that call I started getting many scam calls, they must have sold my data to scam companies.
