Hi this is Suraj Tiwari From Kolkata. I am having problems with the internet and calling both as the network coverage in my living place ( Godrej Prakriti Kolkata ) is very poor by Airtel . I have called a lots of times to the customer care but only say that work is on process and the network strength in your area is excellent. Is this any kind of joke. I’m frustrated now and i want a solution in very early notice . I don’t think i need to request airtel to give me a good service because I’m paying for it .
