i have not taken any loan at all i dont know this app name also i got message that my payment date is due today they send me link i have clicked on link login with my number in that it is showing 5000 rs change amount but i had not any loan and also i heard the name first time they are messaging me in whats app and normal messages also plz kindly take action as soon as possible

i already paid the full amount of Rs 5000/- but still now they are showing my outstanding is RS 5000/-
They are threatening me to pay the full amount or else they will call my family member
Pls take immediate action against them
