Hi,
I have usually get a bill amount of 1200 for every month, eventually after lockdown started we were also paying the amount estimated, when we hav not used much services I’m being charged triple of my bill for 7700 pls explain how is this done and get it sorted for me can’t pay at one shot like this..for BEST electricty bill
