The NEET crash course offered by HeyCoach was chaotic and disorganized. The class timings were inconsistent, switching between morning and evening without warning. This caused a lot of disruption, and we decided to stop attending. However, HeyCoach’s customer service refused to issue a refund, leaving us feeling deceived. This crash course was a complete letdown.
