We enrolled our daughter in HeyCoach’s NEET crash course, hoping it would provide structured coaching in a short timeframe. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Class schedules were chaotic, often changing from morning to evening without notice, which made it hard for our child to keep up. When we decided to discontinue, HeyCoach refused to issue any refund, leaving us frustrated. This course did not live up to its promises.
