We signed up for HeyCoach’s abacus course hoping it would enhance our child’s math skills, but the curriculum was all over the place. There was no logical progression between lessons, leaving our child confused and disengaged. After several months, we saw no noticeable improvement. When we raised the issue, the instructors didn’t offer any adjustments, and we were denied a refund. This course is not worth the investment
