Hi,
I bought an HP pavilion on 9/9/18. A few months after buying it the hard drive crashed leading to a complete data loss and was replaced by the company. Over the next few months I face many other problems like an OS crash and odd sound coming from the laptop while charging, issues with the voice system and laptop lags a lot. Now on 12/09/18 the hard drive crashed again and considering that it is now out of warranty, I’ll have to pay for the replacement of the hard drive. All of this makes it very clear that this company uses substandard products because the hard drive has not survived for a complete year and I have constantly lost important data 2 to 3 times due to this. I have invested Rs. 54000/- in this laptop and I cannot even trust this laptop with my data due to its substandard quality. This company is duping people of their money and filling their pockets with no concern for consumers care.
