Hi Sir / Madam Please help me out from this loan app ( Hero rupee loan app). Anonymously, I had applied for a loan from this app but, they didn’t accept my request of loan amount (Rs. 45,000). Later, they have credit Amount of Rs 3300/- without informing me and after few days asked me to pay with interest which i paid. This process continued like 4 times. On 2 occassions, i asked them to close my account which they confirmed that it has been closed but again, they paid 12,120/- dated 30/10/2023 now asking to pay interst. I don’t need this fund but, they are harrashing all my contact list on facebook by calling them and send unwarranted pictures on their whatsapp. I am keep asking them to close this loan account but, they refuses.
