I was just checking for loan from hero rupee, but i did not applied because they were giving just 6000 rs loan, so i ignored but they transferred rs 3300 without any consent which I have refunded on same day, now they are saying to pay ₹2700 more for processing.
This company is cheating to people by taking processing fee of 2700 and transferring 3300 to customer account, now they are charging 100 ₹ penalty every day, kindly take an action on this company
