I had apply a loan on hero rupee app loan is approved but amount is not credited into my bank account and app shows repayment details and date I had put a complain on his official mail id but not reply now they calling me again and again for repayment I am sending my account statement , customer care call recording but they blackmailing me said pay the amount other wise we ll disturb and misusing ur pan card and aadhar card images pls sir help me
