I have to install hero rupee app , but I can’t apply loan , this is automatically transfer money to my account 3200
And his telling me to pay 6100.
Then I have to pay 3200 that I received, hero rupee agent tell me to pay 3200. He is telling I can’t delete you contact list .That I have to do?
