Sir yesterday I installed hero rupee app and submitted my details on it.
Today morning I received 5500 rs. Credited to my personal account without any consent, without prior info about loan details or repayment structure and suddenly on the app there are showing i have to pay 10006 rupees after 7 days
4500 charges for 7 days which is not acceptable.
I tried to call on customer care number it is not reachable, whts up msg call also they are not replying
Please file this complaint.
