I purchased the vehicle on 11/10/2019 and according to the service manual I have the warranty of the battery but the service center said this is an old battery and can’t provide the warranty. I have words with Hero Service center Exide service center and the dealer all denied the warranty now please help who is responsible for the warranty and why on the manual written that battery has 18 months of warranty from the date of the sales.
