Hello, My name is Saravanan S.K. I had opened this Hero Loan App on 25th August, Sunday for a loan, I have availed loan from them several times before as well.
What happened this time is, as I was applying for a loan, at the stage of selecting the amount of Loan required, the app automatically selected for the highest amount and the loan was applied automatically. I was totally in dilemma, if it really happened or not. In few hours, I got a message in Hindi stating that the amount is credited. I Suddenly checked my bank account and found it true. The very next moment I opened their app and returned the amount as it is, in just an hour or so. But to inform them, I couldn’t get connected to their customer care. After 2 days ago, I shared the receipt of the payment I made onto their app. And now today, these agent girls started calling Me, threatening me to share my personal data, etc.
