The problem I have been experiencing is related to my vehicle’s battery. It became inoperative four months ago, and I immediately reached out to your customer care for assistance. They advised me to contact the dealer for a battery replacement, which I did promptly. The dealer arranged to send the faulty battery to your factory for inspection and replacement and the dealer took 1 month for this.

Since then, I have been waiting patiently for the new battery to be delivered. Unfortunately, despite my repeated follow-up calls , I have not received any information or the replacement battery as of today. This prolonged delay has left me without a functioning vehicle and has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
