The helpline is not responding properly and not guiding the correct way to choose the new packs they are simply saying we can’t view or modify then why it is so called helpline just guide them how to handle customers if we are calling more than 3 times means u are not guiding properly how to do it from the app itself they are not giving solutions they are questining us being working in a service industry
