I Purchased OLA Electric scooter in the month of June 2022. As part of accessories, even purchased Helmet. The Helmet does not fit me & raised a complaint with OLA customer care to exchange or return. It has been 2 months, have been following up on almost daily basis without any solution, their standard response “we have escalated the issue & team will get back to asap” they don’t provide any time line… Please help us in resolving the issue
