I buyed helmet from Helmet bazar( MAITRIVANAM, Hyderabad on 24th of june 2022, at that time it was tiet, but sales man told it will be OK after using for 2weeks. And on 07/07/2022 I called shop person, they told it will not replaced. After arguing with them they told to come shop. After going there they are telling that wizer payment they will not pay, it should be baired by customer only.. And they also told I should buy helmet cost higher than the previous helmet cost.. I buyed helmet @ 1490/- .

My previous helmet cost: 1340/-

Difference amount was 150+ wizer cost 300/- totally they told me to pay 450/- … I got helmet for 1900/-
And moreover they speak very rudely and illustrated.
I suggest to take necessary action on them and it should not repeat with others.
