Hello tune service was activated on my number on 29 August 2018 and since then I’ve made plenty calls to Airtel customer care but never resolved, never received call back, Hello tune service was deactivated on my number without my concern and later when complained about it then was started again by executive with giving any explanation why it was deactivated. I was assured such thing would never happen again but now I’m facing same. I’ve subscribed to service which I am not being provided with and I have paid for the service.
