sir/mam i am akash shrivastava i have purchased realme Q2 buds from myntra on 28th feb i receive product faulty and partial then i complaint to customer care he told me your issue was resolve on 8th march but on 8th march one message come form myntra in this message “we check our logistic and warehouse the product is sealed so we cannot continue your claim and not open your issue again ”
but what about me i receive a faulty product
so sir/ mam i request you to take action against myntra
