I had done trading in expert option and made 2 withdrawal 5000 and 10000 on 16th July,
I had received 5000 and 10000 is still not credited and I received email from expert option saying that my withdrawal request has been approved.
I had sent out email help@expertoption.com and received generic response they are forwarded email to finance team and waiting for revert from them.
Since 1 week am getting generic response and there is no resolution timeline providing and shouting on me when I requested through call on this issue.
Kindly help to get this money.
