I have ordered shoes from hellbell.in just to check what sort of scam it is, they claim to sell 30000 rupees shoes for as low as 399 so it was obvious I am getting nothing in return. And as expected I never got my order and received a message saying order is delayed for months, they are still scamming users online please shut down hellbell.in website
