Last year in May 2022 we went to Kedarnath, a group of 14 people. Heli didn’t work because of weather and we had to get the cancellation stamp to receive a refund. We did all the procedure as per our agent, our tickets were to and fro so return cost. It’s been over 15 months, the agent Teerth Yatra Travels is not responding or answering our calls and not refunding our money! GMVN says it’s not our responsibility as we have refunded and we should file a police complaint. I am not sure if even the police would help in this. But this agent ‘s licence should be cancelled and he should not be allowed to operate!
