Dear Sir,
With deep dissatisfaction I am writing this email, and was not expecting either from the flipkart or the Haier company,
Since almost 7 months, every one month the fridge has a cooling issue, when we call the customer care they tell us to switch off for one day and the next day it woks and again after 20 days we face the same problem, the technician come to my place he does some RND and it starts working for another 20 days,
Till now I have made multiple times call to the call centre and also around 3 visits of your executive
Request to either exchange the product or refund the amount before reaching the consumer court.
