Dear Sir
I am victim of fake loan app name Hedisy loan app .I installed it from play store on 14-04-2022 midnight and registered on it with adhar card,pan card,selfie and bank details to check eligibility for loan but they credited 3850/- rupees in my bank account and showing 7000/- loan with due date of 19-04-2022 in app. This laon is without my authorisation so I mailed them but they are not responding anything.
Now on 19-04-2022 they messages me and call me for repayment. They abusing and threaten me for calling my contacts list and abusing them and defame me. After several calls I am ready to pay credited amount 3850/- but they send payment link and said to pay 3150/- and then pay 700/- . I paid 3150/- on 19-04-2022 and share screenshots but they said payment not done.
And today also they send messages to pay all 7000/- amount with penalty.
Please help me for this problem. They have my all personal details and documents like aadhar card, pan card, contact list, bank details etc. They may miss use of my details. Please do needful. Thank you
