My name is Mrs shubha aher.
I was paying bill on regular basis. Up to November I paid bill. After that in December they changed our meter saying it was faulty. Then again on 6th January they changed meter. I have both slips with me. Then in February one person came to check the instruments we are using. And said from march we will get bill. Then the lockdown started and we got electricity bill Rs 52430/.
We called costomer care. They asked to visit tilaknagar office after lockdown end. Last month we went there. But they are not responding. They are asking to pay whole bill.

My name is Mrs shubha aher. My husband is working with private company and having salary 28000 per month. My daughter is working with Willis Watson tower and getting salary 15000 per month. My son is in 10th grade. We have to pay his tution fees also. We are staying on rent (Rs. 25000)at Vikhroli west nearby his school that is St. Joseph Highschool.
Due to lockdown we are paying only 15000 as rent from march.deposit was 1 lakh. Owner is cutting 10000 from that. So now up to December only we can stay. After that we don’t have money for deposit. We will be homeless.
This is not enough so the light bill company (Adani) also back to us.

Even they send disconnection notice for bill is Rs.95290/. But bill is of Rs.105660/
