Respected sir/madam,
I have taken SBI credit card on 30th September of 2019 on the forceful recommendation of SBI staff of my home branch .Mostly i never used sbi credit card.When i checked with sbi manager they are now saying like your card has been due with 25896₹ (as of 30/11/2021) plus 14000₹ (previously deducted over years) for late fee .I’m wondering how this much of amount of they charged and they are saying you opted insurance which i didn’t approved or gave my consent regarding that insurance payments . I’m being illiterate didn’t know about all these things and the bank staff haven’t gave me proper guidelines regarding the usage and payments of credit card. I just simply took the card on recommendation of bank management and unaware of these all charges. So, please kindly look into this problem and check if any of that amount can be refunded. please do the needful.
