I want to raise complaint for electricity account number 101213094

I have received heavy bill in month of September of 9030 rs.

I have already paid 4130 from march 2020 to July 2020.

This is over charged. I did not use this much . Kindly compare my may 2019 and June 2019 bill to get the clear pictures.

Kindly do the reversal of it
