I have bought S21fe IME NO. -confidential on Jan. 2023, from day one I have started using s21fe there is heating issue in the mobile set. I can not put the phone near my ear as the heating is quite a lot. This heating issue in not only while calling but even when using apps or setting. I have downloaded CPUZ to see what is the temperature of my mobile. I know that CPUZ will not give exact temp reading but it still showed max of 47 to 48 degree Celsius. I have even given to the service thrice 1st and 2nd time there just did refactory setting and given to me back , the third time there said that the technician came and checked the phone and said 30 degree is normally but there did not say if there have used the standard way of testing the temp. And recently. When I asked them for IEC 60950 report there denied to give me the IEC REPORT.
