I took 7 months package in Jan 2020 for which I paid initial 2 months EMI and balance 5 months as an EMI from Bajaj Finserv. I paid another 2 months EMI regularly but lockdown started hence they stopped the delivery of their product but they didn’t stop their ECS. Now Bajaj Finserv is chasing for the rest of the EMIs as Anjali Mukerjee’s fraud company doesn’t have refund policy.
Without using their product for last 6 months they are asking us to pay which I am not willing to do. Now Mails being sent, several phone calls with Ms. Savita, Mr. Rohit Tambe and other coordinators, they don’t even bother to respond back.
It’s a mental torture to receive 4-5 calls and SMS bombarding in a day by Bajaj Finserv and top of that paying the EMI without using their product
