Sub: Request for removal of Mobile Tower being installed opposite toSri Sairam Towers and Swapna Nirman Apartment communities at a less than prescribed limit by TRAI on Manjeera Pipeline Road, Hafeezpet , Hyderabad 500049.
We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents Sri Sairam Towers and Swapna Nirman apartment communities on Manjeera Pipeline Road, Hafeezpet , Hyderabad 500049 . The Tower is being raised by SR Towers (India) Pvt limited on behalf of Reliance JIO thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.
Our Complaint is that the tower is installed at 38 meters from Swapna Nirman and 48 meter Sri Sairam Towers closest building and fails the norm prescribed by the TRAI. The tower antennas will be parallel to the balconies and windows of the flats in the Sri Sairam Towers and Swapna Nirman apartment community. The radiations emitted from the tower are hazardous to the families living in the apartments next to the tower. The tower should be at a safe distance and not parallel to building.
There is a play school (Euro Kids, Hafeezpet) in the apartment community and the tower is in less than 50 meters away from Apple clinics. This is against the TRAI recommendations.
Our complaint is specific that, the tower is not at a safe distance and at a safe height from the existing apartment communities and upcoming community by Vasvi builder. When asked the SR Towers (India) Pvt limited claimed it to be Wi-Fi tower which does not emit radiations. However, the Wi-Fi towers are not needed to be built so high and do have emf radiations emitted from them as well.
It is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 55 meters (in case of 6 antennas) away from the residential area as the radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body including tumor and Cancer and works as slow poison for the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower in their vicinity.
As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners’ agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents. These documents have not been shared the SR Towers (India) Pvt limited has not been given and the neighbors has objection to this installation in their areas.
We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the tower is removed immediately from the land adjacent to Sri Sairam towers in order to prevent damage to the health of people of the area.
