I ordered the Headphone Combo offer last December 6th and paid for it. The ordered item No. # SG20201004 did not arrive. I did not return the money. Also in the email account Customer care does not respond to mail once a day. In it a person named Rahul sent an email asking only once what the problem was for them. Then No matter how many times I send email I do not respond. Will I get my money back? Say any means sir.
