On 14th November 2021, My Card swipe on one of your agent places at Goa, I need money back because I had a very important personal problem occur & I did not want your plan of yours.
Your executive made me very confused & puzzled that time. I am not sure about your plan & at the same time your executive swipes my card.
Sales Executive did not tell me that this amount non refundable .
Please reverse my payment & I did not want your any plan.
I want money at any cost.
Same thing happened to me …they just confuse you about the plan ..I live in asansol and they duped me of Rs 50,000..
Actual plan is totally uneconomical…actual cost will be 3 times what they tell you
Now it’s very difficult to get the money back …I am trying hard for one month …I am afraid they will change name of the company
Had a talk with them issue is resolved …with full benefit it was misunderstanding
