He can’t refund my money, he wants more money 36000,I already paid 15000rupee.he can’t withdraw my money

I was scammed too of 223000 saying if you pay 222800 more then can withdraw funds or else the amount can’t be withdrawn . Scamster said my protedcs.com account has been frozen and to unfreeze I need to pay 70% more of the amount lying in the account
I am screwed and don’t know how to get my hard earned money back
