I purchased the Policy No. 2311100383001800000 (Issuance, 22/11/2018, 31/12/2018 00:01 hrs To 30/12/2019 Midnight)
And while taking this policy there was no claims made in my previous policy(MAGMA- P0118400002/4101/107178, 29/03/2018 To Midnight of 30/12/2018).
There was an unfortunate accident around 20th DEC and had to make a claim in previous policy(MAGMA- P0118400002/4101/107178).
Unfortunated accident happened again and claim was made on new policy on (11/02/2019) which get covered in HDFCERGO Policy, HDFCERGO is not processing my claim saying that I have falsifyied information related to NCB and make 3-4times the payment.
When taking the policy on 22nd Nov, there was no claim and also And as per policy HDFCERGO was to communicate with customeron discrepancy and 20 days of notice, which they have not done. HDFCERGO says they have communicated but when i asked them to provide the proof they were not able to furnish the same.
My car is stuck in service center from past 2 weeks and causing lots of issues.
Please help in getting this resolved as HDFCErgo is not listeing to logic or providing proof of communication!
