I purchased HDFC term insurence policy which was in Proposal status and i had made payment too.
Medical was free they did my medical although it ws not complete medical check-up.
I did not receive any communication from them nor any medical report what i was told that i will receive it withing 2-3 days.
Hence i complained and asked to cancel my policy as i was not receiving any communication.
But then they cancelled my policy and refunded my anount which was not complete amount.
They deducted medical cost which was free and of which i never received any medical report.
Why they charged me for medical?
I want my whole money which i paid.
