On Apr 11th 2023 in evening around 7.28pm fraud transactions made from my hdfc regalia credit card worth 79000 and 80000 on Mumbai utility cc .Both these transactions informed by banker to me that whether I had done these. As i was not aware of it same time card blocked but the transactions not reversed or hold or cancelled by the bank. I go to bank and file a physical complaint, also registered complaint with cyber crime with acknowledge no.32504230004405. Still worried about the result. No one is helping me.
