I HAVE A PERSONAL LOAN WITH HDFC BANK FOR 5 YEARS AND CONTINEOUS PAID 3 YEARS.DURING COVID I USE MORETORIUM OF 6 MONTH AND WHEN MORETORIUM ENDED.DUE TO SOME FINANCIAL CRUNCHES I DEFAULT 6-7 EMI’S AND AFTER THAT I’m getting harassed by hdfc bank representative along with recovery agents from hdfc bank,They used to call my family members and my relatives and harsh languge.
i have some credit cards and some personal loans which was provided by the banks when i have a good salary but after covid i get some financial crunches my salary getting down and no incentive earned during all these days that why i am unable to balance even family expences or my room rents.As i am always try to plan close the loans in this way i have also close some loans in these days but not able to pay all the loans i one month. I contineuously in the way to close all loans one by one but due to these recovery process i am unable to concentrate to earning. The always try to recover their money in the bad way,they use to disclose any person’s personal information and hack contacts and use to distroy personal image.
i dont know what the are getting by doing this. I will pay my dues when the bank talk to me about this and resolve my issue otherwise i am not going to pay any emi’s.
