This is to inform you that I have been issued the above referred policy by cheating in Sep, 2022 wherein a person (Mr. Rajiv Mishra having mobile no. +91-9761810480 pretending to be the employee of HDFC Life from Mumbai Head Office) called me and got the referred policy issued by giving false promise of renewing the old policy with immediate redemption of the same.

A debit mandate was also issued for the referred policy:
Successful Debit Mandate Registration 25226814 for Yearly pymnt from A/c xxxx3325 to HDFC Life Ins Ref no.. HLIC INDM Fixed Rs. 31500.00 valid 29-Aug-2023 to 15-Sep-2034

I have the recent whatsapp chats records of him with me and the same are attached along with some other documents screenshots. Please inquire about the matter and try to resolve my concern. I need to have the said amount back paid for this cheated policy issued and also want to remove that debit authorisation from my HDFC A/c. In case you require anything else, please let me know.
