Its been very frustruating to know how worst my experience is of banking with HDFC.
As per my new company I had to open my corporate salary account online due to lockdown.In this age of digitalization where an account can be opened online the system captured my email id wrong.
I have been following up with 1 executive and 1 relationship manager for the last 2 weeks to rectify an error where my email was wrongly captured as xxxxxxxxxx@gmail.cim isnt being changed.
I have received my salary and Im not able to transact because of such shit system.
The executive or the relationship manager have been fooling me for the last 2 weeks despite requesting them to resolve it on priority as I have to transfer funds to another account from where my home loan EMI gets deducted.
Such a idiotic service by the bank officials have made me help make up my mind to not refer HDFC to anyone.
Additionally I have also put up a mail to my new organisation to shift all their corporate accounts to another bank which they are considering seriously.
I hope HDFC understands the importance of corporate accounts.
