Have issued fasttag no -19000012521192 to our wagon R car no KA04MB2447 from HDFC fasttag and they are misusing our wallet balance. On 31st July 2023 my wagon R car registration no KA04MB2447 presenlty is located in Karkala town 574104 pin code udupi district near Nitte Gajria Hospital and all of sudden I have received deduction of toll amount Rs 30 /- from HDFC fasttag team that I have crossed bangalore navayug toll, whereas I haven’t moved anywhere from KARKALA TOWN NITTE hospital.
