Vehicle number TN85s1267
Was recharged 2 times, rs 1000 and rs250 respectively.
This amount was debited from my bank account.
But not credited in my fastag account.
When I contacted fastag help line, they directed me to call the concerned fastag bank and age the hdfc fastag bank helpline number.
Many timez for 1 hour, Tried calling the hdfc helpline number. They didn’t respond to the call.
I need my money back.
And need compensation for annoying me.
Due to this our travel time gets extended.
And they demand me to pay double the cost in tollgates, as my fastag doesn’t have enough balance.
I have attached the images for recharge and images showing low balance I my fastag.
