I am utterly frustrated and disheartened by HDFC’s management of my Saving Account. Having been a loyal customer for 13 long years, I expected better treatment. However, my journey with HDFC has been nothing short of a nightmare.
It all began when HDFC failed to send me the essential OTPs on my registered Mobile Number. Consequently, I was locked out of my account, unable to access my funds or perform any transactions. Despite multiple requests for assistance, it took an excruciatingly long time for them to resolve the issue. And when I finally regained access, my worst fears were confirmed: they had mercilessly deducted all the funds in my account for failing to maintain the minimum balance. Yet, they conveniently overlooked the fact that I couldn’t even log in due to their OTP failure, rendering me unable to manage my banking affairs.
In my desperation, I pleaded with HDFC to close my account. I embarked on an arduous journey of countless emails, hoping for a resolution. But alas, my pleas fell on deaf ears. They callously disregarded my request and allowed my account to be kept deducting.
HDFC, without any remorse, deducted every last penny from my account. Despite my relentless attempts to reach out to them, I fear they will never address this issue or provide any semblance of a resolution. I dread the thought of any funds being deposited into this account, for I know that HDFC will ruthlessly deduct it all without a second thought.
My hope for a positive outcome diminishes with each passing day. It seems that HDFC has turned a blind eye to my plight, leaving me trapped in a cycle of despair and disappointment.
