In Feb 2024, my hdfc credit card was debited without my concern or my permission. How can a company debit the amount from my card without using any pin and what was the product/service it was used for. The money was debited to dream plug technologies pvt lmt. I need serious reasons from my bank HDFC for how can you let someone use my card without my permission.
