I HAVE PAID EXTRA AMOUNT OF 12OOO FOR MY CREDIT CARD, AND AFTER THAT MY CREDIT CARD WAS LOST , SO I BLOCKED MY CARD , NOW I WANT MY REFUND OF 12OOO WHICH I HAVE PAID , HDFC C CARE TOLD ME TO SEND AN APPLICATION FOR THE SAME , I PROCEED WITH AN APPLICATION 2 MONTHS AGO ,I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME ANY SOLUTION, I JUST GET IRRIATED FOR THE AMOUNT , I AM A VERY USEFUL CUSTOMER OF HDFC BANK , FOR THEIR AMOUNT THEY DONT WAIT FOR A SINGLE MINUTE BUT FOR THE CUSTOMER AMOUNT THEY JUST IRRITATE THEM , KINDLY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.
