Sir,
We have a HDFC credit card bill amount due on 5th sep. 2022 which had auto debit on 5.09.2022 meanwhile we think of paying it in advance on 3.09.2022 from bank of baroda through Phone Pe App but the transaction is under processing so basically our two accounts are debited by the amount of Rs. 8561/- (from HDFC Bank and from Bank of Baroda ) Now we want our refund of payment which is still under processing receiver’s bank said we did not receive the amount sender bank said we have sent the amount so where is the amount. It has been 13 days we have talk to phone pe customer care they said us to wait but is been so many days our matter has not been resolved. kindly look into the matter.
